Reduce Plastic Usage

We introduced a new vegetable paper sleeve that uses 0% plastic.

We recycle 100% of our greenhouse plastic.

Water

We collect 96% of rainwater to be used in our crops. We have 80,000,000 cubic feet of rainwater reservoirs to water our crops year round.

Our reservoirs are a sanctuary for local wildlife.

We use drip irrigation on all of our fields; this allows us to use only the water that is needed, without waste.

Soil

We compost 100% of our vegetable material waste to reuse in our fields and keep a healthy soil for future crops.

By using compost, we reduce the chemicals needed for fertilization and sterilization.

Air

Our NJ facility is 100% solar.

Our crop lights are 100% energy saving (a 30% reduction of energy consumption).

We have an ongoing ornamental tree planting campaign; as of today, 72,000 trees have been planted to capture carbon dioxide.
